Judging was a dream, To help better my breed with fair and honest choices, Promoting breed type, correct construction and their fantastic temperament.

The choices a judge makes effect the choices a breeder may make for the next generation of this exceptional breed.

I started out as a tiny fish in a very big pond, Building a trust worthy reputation among my fellow exhibitors was important to me, The breed is Important to me.

My first Appointment to Judge was at Merseyside Gundog's, I can not express how grateful I am and was to the committee and pleased that i was invited and given the opportunity.

The exhibitors within the Italian Spinone breed were incredibly generous and supported me with an entry of 28 Dogs, It was the largest breed entry on the day and at the time, The largest entry for an open show for our breed.

On the day My best of breed was Sh Ch Crieda Eagle with Sophalba (ShCM).

Reserve Best of Breed was Inostricani Ryea for Ilsolo, Short listed to last 6 in RBOB Stakes.

Best Puppy in Breed was Osulf Peanut Chunky Kit Kat, Who went on to win receive RBPIS.

Quite the statement for a novice to have her choices supported and placed Highly by the more experienced Best in Show Judges.

I had many future appointments confirmed and very much look forward to every show with enthusiasm..

Now I no longer take part in the hobby, I do miss it greatly but I was never in it to improve my standing and gain wins by default, To evolve and see that so many are, ruined the experience and I am not the type of person willing to comprise my integrity for a Red rosette.

All that said I am happy to spend my time helping at community shows, fun shows and still enjoy stewarding.
